Minimum 3 players required in squad mode; refund issued if count not met.
Empire Win room settings are final and non-negotiable for each match.
Late join after match start is not allowed; no refund for no-shows.

Suspicious kills/placement triggers manual review; payout held during review.
Empire Win's decision on cheat-related disputes is final with no appeal.

Bonus wallet funds can only be used for entry fees — not direct withdrawal.
Withdrawals processed manually within 15 minutes (8 AM – 12 AM IST).
Incorrect UTR submission may delay credit by up to 24 hours.
Minimum withdrawal is ₹100. KYC required for large withdrawals.

Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Empire Win, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Empire Win reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Real Money Gaming

Empire Win is a skill-based gaming platform where outcomes depend on player skill, strategy, and performance — this is not gambling. Players must be 18+ years of age and legally eligible to participate in their state of residence.

Empire Win is not available in Assam, Odisha, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh due to local legislation. It is the player's responsibility to ensure participation is legal in their jurisdiction.

3. Prize Payouts & Taxation

All prizes are subject to TDS as per Indian Income Tax regulations. 30% TDS applies on net winnings above ₹10,000 in a financial year. Empire Win will issue Form 26AS for TDS deducted. Players are responsible for their own tax filings.

4. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. Empire Win is not liable for unauthorized access due to weak passwords or account sharing. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately to support.

5. Platform Availability

Empire Win reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate tournaments at any time due to technical issues, game updates, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be issued for cancelled tournaments.

6. Limitation of Liability

Empire Win's total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the last 30 days. Empire Win is not responsible for losses incurred due to technical failures, network issues, or events outside our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. By using this platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
